Job summary

Master is seeking an Inside Sales Representative / Project Manager – Commercial/Applied in Winnipeg, MB. The role oversees bids, sales support, and project management for commercial HVAC projects, liaising with the purchasing group and logistics to meet client specifications.

The position emphasizes collaboration, technical understanding of HVAC systems, and strong communication with customers and suppliers, with a hybrid work policy and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Specialized studies in building mechanical engineering (P.Eng or C.E.T., mechanical and/ or BAC engineering in a relevant specialty).
• 7–10 years experience with selecting applied equipment: AHUs, air-cooled/water-cooled chillers, heat pumps, fan coils.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers and suppliers.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and work autonomously with rigor.

Responsibilities

• Bidding phase: analyze plans/specs, select products, assemble bids for contractors, coordinate with external reps.
• Sales phase: follow up on proposals, adjust bids for negotiation, support notes in development.
• Project management phase: verify technical content aligns with specs, participate in closing strategy meetings, monitor from qualification to completion, provide client support, act as a process facilitator.
