Job Title: Senior Inside Sales Account Representative

Work Location: St. Catharine's, ON (Onsite)

Paid Training start time & duration: 6 weeks – Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm EST, with a 30 min break

Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 9:00am to 6:30pm EST, with 1 hour 30 min break

Duration: 12 months contract with potential for full-time employment or extension

Rate: $21.39/hr (All inclusive) without benefits & CAD $2500 joining bonus

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of sales experience in relationship sales, ad sales, digital marketing
• Total work experience of 4 years
• BPO experience required
• Deep knowledge of sales, verticals, local market, and cross-channel media selling
• Proven ability to build relationships and perform multi-touch cross/upselling
• Experience working with North American clients
• Excellent listening, interpersonal skills, solutions-oriented mindset, and customer satisfaction focus
• Exceptional grammar, typing accuracy, and writing skills
• Professional sales skills with a strong phone presence and helping attitude
• Problem-solving skills and proactive communication
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience with high-spending, sophisticated clients
• Ability to go in-depth with sales accounts and meet client needs consistently
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to evolving environments

About the role:

• Partnering with a leading online advertising and social media platform, you will work with small to medium businesses using their advertising services.
• This is an outbound sales role focused on exceeding quarterly targets through high-volume calling.
• You will engage decision-makers to optimize their online ads, aiming to increase investment and campaign duration.
• The goal is to build confidence in the platform, encouraging increased spending based on improved results.
• You will provide strategic advertising consultations, identify sales opportunities, and develop relationships over multiple calls.
