Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including specialized technical roles.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates using research and outreach.
• Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and provide clear pipeline updates.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (Gem).
• Comfort using AI tools in recruiting workflows and building custom tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from outreach to offer.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing.
• Define role requirements with hiring managers and provide hiring progress updates.
• Collaborate with recruiters to share pipeline insights and coordinate interviews.
