You will shape platform capabilities, tooling, and standards to ensure fast, secure, and scalable product delivery. The position requires strong expertise in Go and Python, Django/gRPC, and a track record of leading complex projects with broad impact.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building and scaling backend systems using Go and Python.
• Deep knowledge of backend frameworks such as Django, gRPC or comparable systems in Go.
• Experience designing internal platforms, developer tooling, or shared infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead large-scale initiatives that improve backend development systems and tooling.
• Design long-term technical solutions for scalable, reliable backend services.
• Guide evolution of core tooling and service scaffolding used across the codebase.
• Partner with infra, security, and product engineering to plan platform improvements.
• Mentor engineers and improve code quality and development practices.
