Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of software engineering experience at senior staff/principal level or higher.
• Deep expertise with Bazel and large-scale monorepo build systems.
• Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines at massivel scale across multiple languages.
• Fluency in Go and/or Python; familiarity with TypeScript, Swift, or Android development environments.
• Strong background with distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
• Experience with test infrastructure, integration test environments, or developer environment platforms.
• Genuine interest in agentic AI systems and AI-driven developer velocity programs.
• Exceptional technical leadership, communication, and influence skills.
• Track record of mentoring senior engineers and elevating the technical bar.

Aufgaben

• Own the technical direction and roadmap for the Developer Infrastructure org across multiple platforms.
• Lead and evolve Bazel-based monorepo build infrastructure and remote build execution cluster.
• Scale CI/CD pipelines to support thousands of daily builds with speed, safety, and reliability.
• Drive the vision for TestX and the test infrastructure that powers the org.
• Champion the integration of AI and agentic systems across the SDLC.
• Set technical standards for language runtimes, libraries, IDE tooling, and dev environment security.
• Partner with leadership to define and execute a long-term developer infrastructure roadmap embedding AI.
