Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess current business processes to identify and prioritize opportunities for AI-powered automation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate requirements into effective automation strategies and technical solutions.
• Design, document, and implement AI-based business process automation solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Develop comprehensive process maps, functional requirements, user stories, and system documentation.
• Test, validate, and refine AI automation solutions to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.
• Provide training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing support to end-users and cross-functional teams.
• Stay informed of emerging AI and automation trends, tools, and best practices, integrating new technologies where appropriate to enhance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business System Analyst with a focus on AI-driven business process automation.
• Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and other automation tools.
• Solid understanding of AI technologies, applications in business workflows, and automation architecture.
• Experience with process mapping and business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) is considered an asset.
• Located in the Greater Toronto Area with flexibility to attend occasional on-site client and internal meetings.
