Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues in industrial machinery.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment per schedule.
• Repair and replace defective parts, incl. bearings, gears, belts, motors.
• Install new machinery per manufacturer specifications.
• Set up machinery for optimized performance.
• Conduct precision alignments and adjustments.
• Execute mechanical rebuilds of machinery and components.
• Close work orders using maintenance tracking system.
