AGS Automotive Systems is seeking an Industrial Millwright to join our maintenance team in Canada. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues across production areas, with responsibilities spanning preventive maintenance and component fabrication.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Ontario License Certificate of Qualification issued by the Ministry of Colleges and Universities or equivalent.
• Practical experience in a manufacturing environment (press, hydraulic, stamping) is desired.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems in production areas.
• Perform preventive maintenance on welders, fixtures, and related equipment.
• Read and interpret micrometers, verniers, blueprints, drawings and sketches.
• Install and align shafts, couplings, motors, and drivers; service bearings and machine components.
• Overhaul and repair plant machinery, including welding and fabrication as needed.
• Follow safety regulations and assist apprentices as required.
