Job summary

Linamar Corporation in Guelph, Ontario is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance and repair of machinery and systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation across the plant.

The role focuses on planning maintenance schedules, budgeting, and developing the skills of a technical team, with strong emphasis on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• University degree or college program in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years managerial experience.

Academic/Educational Requirements
