Job summary

TESC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead industrial construction projects across multiple sites. You will oversee planning, execution, and closeout, driving safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance.

You will manage project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, mentor staff, and monitor budgets, change orders, and progress billing. Willingness to travel and work varied rotations is required.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in the construction industry, ideally industrial.
• 15+ years of project management or leadership in construction.
• Post-secondary education in Construction Management, PM, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to safety, quality, schedule, budget, and contractual objectives.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders through lifecycle.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Oversee planning, execution, resource allocation, scheduling, and reporting.
• Monitor cost controls, productivity, and schedule performance.
• Manage budgets, change orders, and progress billing.
• Build strong client/vendor relationships and proactively resolve risks.
• Ensure compliance with policies, client requirements and law.
