Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an exceptional Project Manager with 7-10 years of post-graduate experience to lead complex industrial, manufacturing and corporate workplace projects. You will represent owners through all phases from business case to occupancy, balancing operational and commercial objectives in active environments.

You will manage multiple capital projects, coordinate with diverse teams, and ensure delivery aligns with quality, schedule and cost targets while minimizing disruptions.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive project management experience in construction, real estate, industrial, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing or corporate occupier environments.
• Experience delivering projects on behalf of owners, occupiers, developers, or in a professional services/consulting setting.
• Proven experience managing projects from concept through completion.
• Experience delivering projects within active operating facilities including renovations and phased construction.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contract administration and risk management.
• Proficiency in MS Project and Primavera; excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital projects for industrial facilities, warehouses, manufacturing plants, logistics centers, data centers, offices and workplace environments.
• Act as the owner's representative, aligning project objectives with operational requirements and business goals.
• Coordinate phased construction within active operational environments, minimizing business disruption.
• Lead tenant improvements, workplace modernization, facility expansion, relocation and fit-out projects.
• Collaborate with facility, operations, engineering, health & safety and business teams during delivery.
• Support site selection, due diligence, occupancy planning and transition activities.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects within capital programs and portfolio environments.
• Ensure delivery meets client standards for quality, schedule, cost and operational readiness.
