Job summary

Alberici Constructors is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex industrial construction projects from preconstruction through turnover. You will champion safety, manage scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk while coordinating civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and process scopes with teams and stakeholders.

Minimum 5–7 years in industrial project management is required, with strong leadership, client relations, and scheduling skills.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive construction project management experience, preferably within industrial construction.
• Experience delivering complex industrial projects in sectors such as advanced manufacturing, automotive/EV, energy, or heavy industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, safety, procurement, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial construction projects from preconstruction through completion, commissioning, and turnover.
• Champion project safety and ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, contracts, and overall performance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary activities including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and process scopes.
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, equipment installation, procurement, and logistics.
• Lead regular project meetings and maintain effective communication with teams and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and changes and implement solutions; maintain strong client relationships.
