Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead capital projects across industrial facilities, warehouses, data centers and corporate workplaces from concept through completion. The role focuses on balancing operational requirements with project delivery objectives in active environments.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of PM experience, PMP is preferred, and strong knowledge of project controls, budgeting, scheduling, procurement and risk management.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive project management experience in construction/industrial environments.
• Experience delivering projects on behalf of owners/occupiers or in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record from concept through completion with renovations or phased construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital projects for industrial facilities, warehouses, manufacturing plants, logistics centers, data centers and offices.
• Act as owner's representative ensuring objectives align with operations and goals.
• Coordinate phased construction within active environments to minimize business disruption.
• Lead tenant improvement, workplace modernization, and facility expansions.
• Collaborate with facility, operations, engineering, health and safety, and business teams.
