Qualifications

• Must have deep hands-on Meta Ads experience with scalable budget management.
• This role requires 5+ years in performance marketing or paid media with account management.
• Experience handling multi-account client portfolios and cross-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own user acquisition across client accounts, targeting ROAS and CPAs.

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, and programmatic channels.
• Allocate multi-million-dollar monthly budgets by channel performance.
• Continuously test and optimize bid strategies, audiences, placements, and creatives.
• Build robust reporting from impressions to deposits and provide client insights.
• Collaborate with in-house creative teams to ensure compliant assets.
• Maintain conversion tracking integrity and implement server-side tracking.
