Metrolinx is seeking an in‑office Project Manager in Toronto to drive end‑to‑end I&T projects using Lean-Agile methods. You will lead scope, risk, budget, and delivery, working with vendors and Scrum teams to ensure on‑time, on‑budget outcomes. Strong communication to senior management is essential.

Metrolinx is connecting communities across the Greater Golden Horseshoe. Metrolinx operates GO Transit and UP Express, as well as the PRESTO fare payment system. This role provides end to end project management services for I&IT projects and programs using Lean-Agile Methodology and the 4D (Decide-Design-Deliver-Deploy) process; responsible for setting up the vision of the project, maintaining transparency, and creating a shared understanding of what “Done” looks like; responsible for schedule management, engineering quality, financial accountability, project deliverables and communications; responsible for creating a forward-thinking culture of success; ensures compliance with Metrolinx’ s policies and mandates.
