Metrolinx is hiring a Director, Project Delivery to lead the design, development and execution of capital infrastructure for GO Transit within the Barrie rail corridor. You will provide strategic leadership to a technical engineering services team and oversee complex projects, managing budgets, schedules, and external partners.
You will coordinate with federal, provincial and municipal bodies to advance service expansion while maintaining safety, performance and customer service.
Metrolinx is connecting communities across the Greater Golden Horseshoe. Metrolinx operates GO Transit and UP Express, as well as the PRESTO fare payment system. We are also building new and improved transit, including GO Expansion, Light Rail Transit routes, and major expansions to Toronto’s subway system, to get people where they need to go, better, faster and easier. Our Stations team with our CPG – GO/UP division is looking for a Director, Project Delivery to join the team! You will provide strategic leadership and direction for the design, development, and execution of capital infrastructure encompassing New and existing Stations for GO Transit within the Barrie rail corridor with the objective of building a comprehensive regional transit network to meet the corporate mandate and business objectives.
