Metrolinx is seeking multiple Project Managers to lead planning, design, and construction of GO/UP transit projects across Ontario. You will manage complex programs, oversee contracts, and maintain progress through site walks, RFIs and submittals.
Strong communication with internal teams and external partners is essential to meet time, budget and quality targets. This role requires regular site presence at multiple locations and flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
Project site locations may be across several sites including Lakeshore West, Lakeshore East, Kitchener, Barrie, Richmond Hill, Stouffville, and Union Station.
Metrolinx is connecting communities across the Greater Golden Horseshoe. Metrolinx operates GO Transit and UP Express, as well as the PRESTO fare payment system. We are also building new and improved rapid transit, including GO Expansion, Light Rail Transit routes, and major expansions to Toronto's subway system, to get people where they need to go, better, faster and easier. Metrolinx is an agency of the Government of Ontario.

Our CPG – GO/UP is hiring multiple Project Managers to join the team! This role will provide technical expertise and administration of planning, engineering, design, and construction of transit infrastructure projects. The Project Manager will provide site presence, conduct site walks, verify progress, and document conditions. As well, assist with RFI and submittal processing and maintain workflow continuity during transition periods and supporting with documentation needs.
