Metrolinx’s Track department within the GO/UP division is seeking a Project Manager to oversee planning, design, construction and commissioning of transit infrastructure. You will provide on-site presence, conduct site walks, verify progress and manage RFIs and submittals to ensure workflow continuity.
The role requires a degree in engineering or related field and experience managing large-scale projects in rail, bridges, structures, or transit facilities.
Project site locations may be across several sites including Lakeshore West, Lakeshore East, Kitchener, Barrie, Richmond Hill, Stouffville, and Union Station.
Metrolinx is connecting communities across the Greater Golden Horseshoe. Metrolinx operates GO Transit and UP Express, as well as the PRESTO fare payment system. We are also building new and improved rapid transit, including GO Expansion, Light Rail Transit routes, and major expansions to Toronto’s subway system, to get people where they need to go, better, faster and easier. Our Track department within the GO/UP division is looking for a Project Manager to join the team! The Project Manager will provide site presence, conduct site walks, verify progress, and document conditions. As well, assist with RFI and submittal processing and maintain workflow continuity during transition periods and supporting with documentation needs.
