Job summary

Ensero Solutions in Canada is seeking a Senior Groundwater Modeller (Hydrogeologist) for a remote, full-time role spanning Vancouver, BC and other Canadian offices. You will develop conceptual, analytical, and numerical groundwater models to support environmental impact assessments, permitting, water treatment, and remediation projects, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to proposals.

Strong communication skills and a Master’s or PhD are preferred; P.Geo. or P.Eng.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in geology, hydrogeology or related science.
• 7–9 years in mining or environmental consulting with groundwater modelling.
• P.Geo. or P.Eng. accreditation or eligibility is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual, analytical, and numerical groundwater models for EIAs, permitting, water treatment and remediation projects.
• Provide senior hydrogeology input and act as SME on projects.
• Mentor and train junior team members; lead proposals and scope development.
