Job summary

Integrated Sustainability is seeking a Groundwater Modeller to support multi-disciplinary projects delivering sustainable water management solutions. You will develop conceptual models, build and calibrate 1D–3D groundwater flow models, and contribute to client relationships and project reporting.

The role emphasizes analytical work, model integration into broader water management and environmental assessment frameworks, with a focus on mining and environmental projects in Canada.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in hydrogeology and groundwater modelling.
• Graduate degree in hydrogeology or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Eligible for professional registration with EGBC and/or APEGA is an asset.
• Legally able to work in Canada.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine conceptual hydrogeological models from datasets.
• Construct, calibrate, and apply groundwater flow models for environmental/mining projects.
• Prepare model documentation and technical reports for submissions.
• Support field investigations and monitoring programs as required.
• Interpret hydrogeological conditions and communicate findings to teams/clients.
