We are seeking a local HR/Corporate professional who not only possesses strong functional expertise, but also has a bird’s-eye view of the organization.
The ideal candidate will:
- Understand and align with the strategic direction of GJ/Global Corporate.
- Be able to translate global initiatives into clear, simple, and convincing messages tailored to local employees.
- Communicate effectively from the employee's perspective, fostering understanding and trust.
- Exercise sound local judgment, balancing global expectations with local realities.
- Act as a bridge between headquarters and the local team to ensure smooth implementation and cultural alignment.

Job requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree (HR or Psychology background preferred, but not required)
- Min. 7 years of total work experience
- Min. 5 years of HR experience
- At least 1 year of experience in general affairs or office admin
- At least 1 year of team management experience
- Experience working in a multinational or foreign-owned company
- Deep knowledge of labor management and labor law
- Experience in the IT industry is a strong plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-motivated and proactive working style
- Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities
- Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure
- Result-oriented, organized, and highly-motivated
