We are seeking a local HR/Corporate professional who not only possesses strong functional expertise, but also has a bird’s-eye view of the organization.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Understand and align with the strategic direction of GJ/Global Corporate.
  • Be able to translate global initiatives into clear, simple, and convincing messages tailored to local employees.
  • Communicate effectively from the employee's perspective, fostering understanding and trust.
  • Exercise sound local judgment, balancing global expectations with local realities.
  • Act as a bridge between headquarters and the local team to ensure smooth implementation and cultural alignment.

Scope of Work:

  • Hiring process/ setting up interviews

Job requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree (HR or Psychology background preferred, but not required)
  • Min. 7 years of total work experience
  • Min. 5 years of HR experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in general affairs or office admin
  • At least 1 year of team management experience
  • Experience working in a multinational or foreign-owned company
  • Deep knowledge of labor management and labor law
  • Experience in the IT industry is a strong plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated and proactive working style
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure
  • Result-oriented, organized, and highly-motivated
