Farm Credit Canada invites a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team, serving as a trusted advisor to executive leaders. You will align people strategies with business priorities and deliver high-impact HR solutions across a complex client base.

You will translate strategy into integrated HR plans, leverage workforce analytics to anticipate risks, lead change initiatives, and collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to advance enterprise outcomes with a culture of inclusion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or related field.
  • At least ten years of progressive HR experience with HRBP background.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze operational priorities.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using data/analytics to inform decisions.
  • Discretion and sound judgment in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and align HR plans with business strategy.
