Ledcor Group is seeking an experienced Lead HS&E Advisor to support and advance safety excellence across Ledcor Construction operations. You will report to the HS&E leadership team, provide expert guidance, maintain programs, and ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.

You will lead audits, investigations, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives while developing HS&E documentation and training for site teams.

Competenze

• 5–6+ years of Health & Safety experience in complex ICI construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or board-certified safety credential is asset.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, practices, equipment, and site operations.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and implementing HS&E programs, policies, and documentation.
• Experience participating in HS&E audits, incident investigations, risk assessments, and continuous improvement.

Mansioni

• Conduct inspections and audits with site leadership to identify hazards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide HS&E guidance to supervisors, employees, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Maintain and update project HS&E plans, JHAs, safe work procedures, and hazard assessments.
• Develop and revise HS&E standards, policies, and management system documentation.
• Support HS&E audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Deliver HS&E orientations and training programs; coach leaders on program implementation.
