Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, and Environmental or equivalent asset credentials.
• Experience developing and maintaining HS&E programs, policies and management system documentation.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong reporting, auditing and investigation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and audits, address safety concerns, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide HS&E guidance to supervisors, employees, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Maintain and update project HS&E plans, JHAs and hazard assessments as projects evolve.
• Develop HS&E standards, policies, and management system documents.
• Coordinate HS&E training and orientations for field staff and leaders.
• Support HS&E audits, management reviews, and corrective action tracking.
• Monitor HS&E program effectiveness and report on performance metrics.
• Participate in incident investigations and risk assessments; assist in root cause analyses.
