Zusammenfassung

Ledcor Construction seeks a HS&E Advisor to advance health, safety, and environmental excellence across projects in Ontario. You will provide expert guidance to teams, maintain HS&E programs, support audits, and ensure regulatory and company compliance on site.

You will collaborate with operations, field leadership, clients, and subcontractors to drive continuous improvement, strengthen safety culture, and deliver training and content management across projects.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3+ years of Health & Safety experience on complex ICI construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; professional safety credential is an asset.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (COR, ISO) across jurisdictions.
• Experience developing and maintaining HS&E programs and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint.

Aufgaben

• Conduct work area inspections and audits with site leadership.
• Provide HS&E guidance to supervisors, employees, and subcontractors.
• Update project-specific HS&E plans, JHAs, and hazard assessments.
• Develop and revise HS&E standards and management system docs.
• Support HS&E audits and management system reviews.
• Deliver HS&E orientations and training programs.
• Monitor effectiveness of HS&E programs and safety performance.
• Participate in incident investigations and risk assessments.
• Maintain HS&E documentation and records with proper version control.
