Servus Credit Union is hiring a Senior HRIS Specialist to join the People and Culture team. The role focuses on UKG Pro configuration, data integrity, and strategic HRIS solutions in a hybrid setup across our Canadian offices.

The position requires five+ years of HRIS experience, strong governance skills, and the ability to coordinate system releases, testing, and stakeholder communication. Join a member-owned credit union committed to communities and people before profits.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in HR/IS or related field.
• Five+ years of progressive HRIS experience with UKG Pro.
• Experience leading significant HRIS changes, workstreams, or complex production issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Administer UKG configuration, security, data, workflows, and related settings.
• Lead complex HRIS issues and coordinate with partners or vendors.
• Coordinate releases, testing, and implementation readiness.
• Govern HRIS requests based on value, risk, and approvals.
• Design and implement people-system solutions and assess options.
• Steward data, integrations, and organizational structures.
