• Minimum five years of technical and functional experience with multiple HR Information Systems.
• Three years' experience with Workday HRIS administration focusing on user experience.
• Ability to negotiate and influence effectively while maintaining strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Implement new systems and functionality in HR systems ensuring compliance.
• Provide system-level support including maintenance, report writing, and configuration.
• Develop and lead User Acceptance Testing for system enhancements.
