Job summary

City of Toronto is seeking a Senior HR Consultant HRIS to drive the Recruiting module enhancements within SuccessFactors, focusing on high-volume recruitment and seamless integrations with Employee Central and Onboarding. Reporting to the HRIS Manager, you will collaborate with multiple divisions city-wide.

You will design, configure and validate SF functionality, lead testing efforts, and coordinate change management plans to ensure successful deployment and user adoption.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding and Employee Central modules.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to identify business needs and test scripts.
• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes within SuccessFactors.
• PM or SF expert certification is an asset
• Understanding of RBAC for EC and RCM

Responsibilities

• Research, test, configure and implement SF Recruiting functionality for high-volume recruitment.
• Lead design, configuration and implementation of SF functionality to meet business needs.
• Coordinate testing and implementation of third-party vendor integrations with SF.
• Lead testing, configuration and change management for system enhancements.
• Consult with stakeholders to align requirements with SF capabilities.
• Develop test strategies and data for non-production environments.
• Coordinate small to mid-size strategic initiatives with project teams.
• Collaborate across HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, and Technology Services for timely resolutions.
• Develop and deliver training materials on HR systems and processes.
