YVR is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join the People Experience team. This strategic role partners with senior leaders to align talent strategies with business priorities and to drive workforce planning in a unionized environment.

The role focuses on organizational effectiveness, labour relations, and implementing enterprise-wide HR programs while enabling a high-performance culture. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Formación

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive senior HR experience in a complex, fast-paced, unionized environment.
• CPHR designation and a university degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to advise senior leaders and balance strategy with execution.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a senior strategic advisor to business leaders on workforce, labour, and organizational matters affecting performance.
• Partner with leaders to translate priorities into People Experience strategies.
• Lead complex employee and labour relations matters, including interpretation of collective agreements and investigations.
• Coach leaders to strengthen capability and organizational effectiveness using data and judgment.
• Design and evolve enterprise-wide HR programs, policies, and processes in partnership with Centers of Expertise.
• Serve as a change and transformation partner on cross-functional initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional and ad-hoc initiatives aligned to People strategies.
