This is a senior, hands‑on generalist role where you’ll own initiatives end-to-end, partner with leaders on workforce planning, and advise on organizational and labour matters.
You’ll join a dynamic People Experience team within a federal/provincial setting, engaging with multiple unions, coaching leaders, and helping to elevate HR practices across the organization. With 10+ years of experience, you’ll bring expertise in labour relations, organizational development, and executive‑level influence to a role that matters for both employees and the broader business.
