Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and selection processes in line with policy and applicable legislation.
• Provide coaching to management on employee performance, productivity, and behavior per policy.
• Coordinate onboarding, disciplinary documentation, and return-to-work processes as needed.
• Assist with disability processes and liaise with benefits when required.
• Support communication of policies, training, and HR analytics reporting.
