Job summary

EllisDon is seeking a senior construction scheduler to lead planning and scheduling for complex projects. You will develop Baseline schedules, update progress, perform what-if analyses and Time Impact Analyses, and support Earned Value Management as required.

You should have 6+ years in construction scheduling, strong experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project, and familiarity with TILOS and Acumen Fuse. On-site collaboration and clear communication aligned with EllisDon's values are essential.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand the RFP bid documents and create the Pursuit Schedule in Primavera P6.
• Ensure schedules meet EllisDon's Best Practices in format, layout, content and quality.
• Develop the Baseline Schedule and update it monthly or as required for each project.
• Report on the accuracy and reliability of the information provided; include progress and forecast.
• Attend and participate in internal project review meetings and generate reports for teams.
• Incorporate resource and cost loading data and provide Earned Value Management services as required.
• Develop microwork schedules, what-if analyses and Time-Impact-Analyses as needed.

You will be responsible for attending and participating in internal project review meetings.* You will be responsible for identifying and incorporating resource and cost loading data into schedules and provide Earned Value Management (EVM) services as required.* You will provide support to project teams by developing microwork schedules, what-if scenarios, and Time-Impact-Analysis (TIA) schedules as required.* You would promote a proactive project management approach by recommending and explaining best practices in planning and scheduling to project team members (PM's & Superintendents).* Proactively identify problems or conflicts in the project schedule and assist the Project Manager or Superintendent in effectively managing a resolution. **Is this the right role for you?** * You have minimum 6 yeasr of construction scheduling experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.* You have an in-depth working knowledge of computer scheduling programs including P6, MS Projects.
