• Construction-related degree/diploma and three years of scheduling experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Experience on institutional, commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
• Strong communication skills - oral and written.
• Self-motivated with good organizational skills.
• Ability to work well with others as a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop full CPM logic-based baseline schedules for projects.
• Participate in planning and schedule preparations for pursuits and respond to RFPs.
• Create and revise preliminary master schedules and proposals before project start.
• Evaluate progress and provide bi-weekly or monthly schedule health reports.
• Maintain master schedule integrity and record impacts of work.
• Maintain the project schedule log regularly.
• Develop and maintain a database of productivity rates, procurement durations, and risks.
• Identify unplanned events and incorporate impacts into the schedule.
• Develop as-built vs as-planned schedules for snapshot comparisons.
