Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. in Brampton, ON seeks a Sr. Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead healthcare facility operations and ensure safe, compliant, and reliable infrastructure.

You will manage preventive maintenance, oversee budgets and vendors, and drive continuous improvement under the P3 contract while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance.
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership or manager role.
• Minimum of 5 years of vendor, sub-contractor, health and safety management experience.
• Immunization (including COVID-19 vaccination) as required by the customer and in accordance with the Public Health Act.

Responsibilities

• Oversee healthcare facility operations and facilities management.
• Ensure preventive maintenance plans are followed and completed on time.
• Manage maintenance services using CMMS and control budgets for maintenance activities.
• Develop long-term maintenance strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure SLAs.
• Implement energy-saving and sustainable initiatives to reduce costs.
• Lead, develop and coach team members to enhance capability.
• Maintain safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance and permits.
