• Master's degree completed (MBA/health admin/health informatics/IT) or recognized equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and support for program operations.
• Coach, advise, consult, facilitate, and manage projects with system leaders.
• Act as trusted advisor on health workforce system and stakeholder issues.
• Lead transformational change and complex programs.
• Lead business leaders through change management initiatives.
• Broker solutions and partnerships to meet health workforce needs.
• Communicate business needs to propose and drive new initiatives and partnerships.
• Anticipate challenges and plan to design and support change.
• Collaborate with OH units and partners to deliver sustainable solutions.
• Communicate and enable workforce strategy components with managers and leaders.
• Champion diversity and inclusion in partnerships and leadership.
