Job summary

Zeno Group, a fiercely independent, global integrated communications agency, seeks a Vice President, Health & Wellness to lead healthcare communications programs and senior client relationships across biotech, consumer health, medical devices and related areas.

The role partners with executives and cross-functional teams to shape high-impact strategies grounded in industry expertise and evolving stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in public relations, communications or related fields within an agency or similar environment.
• 8+ years of experience in Health & Wellness communications.
• Proven success leading complex healthcare communications programs and senior client relationships within regulated environments.
• Deep understanding of biotech, pharmaceutical, consumer health and/or medical device sectors.
• Ability to translate complex scientific, business and regulatory information into clear strategies and compelling narratives.
• Experience leading integrated communications strategies and cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Proven success growing client relationships, expanding scopes of work and leading new business efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated communications programs across disciplines and geographies, bringing together earned, digital, social, creative and data capabilities.
• Develop strategies grounded in industry expertise, business priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Grow senior client relationships and identify opportunities to expand engagements and drive organic growth.
• Oversee account performance, forecasting, profitability, staffing and resources while balancing client needs and team effectiveness.
• Mentor and develop senior and emerging talent in a collaborative environment.
