As a Vice President, Health & Wellness at Zeno Group, you will lead integrated communications programs and senior client relationships across biotech, consumer health, medical devices and other areas of healthcare. Working closely with executive stakeholders, agency leadership and cross-functional teams, you will develop strategies grounded in deep industry expertise, business priorities and evolving stakeholder expectations. This is an opportunity for a senior communications leader to shape high‑impact client programs, deepen and grow client partnerships, develop talent and contribute to the continued growth and evolution of Zeno's Health & Wellness practice.
Pay Range: $130,000 to $150,000 CAD/yr. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue‑based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region‑specific benefits. In accordance with Ontario's Employment Standards Act (ESA), salary posting ranges can not exceed a $50,000 CAD differential and are required for any role with a maximum salary below $200,000 CAD.
