Job summary

Fraser Health Authority seeks an Analyst, OH&S Systems and Services to design, implement, and evaluate local or provincial OH&S systems and platforms. You will analyze business processes, support system implementations, and lead smaller information system projects with stakeholders across the organization.

This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, or Health Information Management and 2–4 years in business and systems analysis, preferably in Health & Safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a focus on Business Administration, Human Resources, and/or Health Information Management.
• Two (2) to four (4) years' experience with business and systems analysis or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Experience in the field of Health & Safety business support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides systems analysis by establishing scope and objectives, feasibility studies, and detailed specifications for development work.
• Performs workflow analysis, develops information requirements, and translates requirements into new workflows.
• Supports projects and initiatives in information systems, coordinating with Leader/Project Lead/Client Partner.
• Provides third level application support and ensures SLAs meet business expectations.
