Job summary

CAA Club Group is seeking an experienced Manager, Digital Development to lead our digital development team. You will drive modern digital applications, mentor engineers, and stay hands-on with coding, solution design, and debugging in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You’ll guide transformation initiatives, collaborate with Product, UX/UI, Architecture, and Infrastructure, and deploy on OpenShift/Kubernetes while advancing CI/CD and DevOps practices across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical leadership or team leadership experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and BFF architecture
• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift/Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of modern digital applications using Next.js, React, Java, Spring Boot, and BFF architecture
• Remain hands-on with development including coding, solution design, and code reviews
• Lead digital transformation initiatives focused on improving customer journeys and user experience
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring while actively participating in delivery
• Design scalable, secure, resilient, high-performing digital solutions
• Work with Product, UX/UI, Architecture, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and business teams
• Deploy and support applications on OpenShift/Kubernetes and containerized environments
• Promote CI/CD, automated testing, API development, observability, and DevOps
