CAA SCO Systems & Services Inc. is seeking a Manager, Digital Development with 10+ years of software development experience to lead our digital development team.

This hands-on technical leadership role requires strong experience in modern digital development, customer experience transformation, and cloud-native technologies. You will design, develop, and deliver modern digital applications using Next.js, React, Java, Spring Boot, and BFF architecture, while mentoring developers and driving

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical leadership or team leadership experience.
• 10+ years hands-on software development in digital/customer-facing apps.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and BFF.
• Experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Ability to lead digital transformation and customer experience initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of modern digital applications.
• Remain hands-on with development, code reviews, and debugging.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers.
• Align with Product, UX/UI, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity teams.
• Deploy and support on OpenShift/Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Promote CI/CD, automated testing, and observability practices.
