Job summary

CAA Club Group is seeking an experienced Manager, Application Support & DevOps to lead production support, ensure operational stability, and drive continuous improvement across Club Digital Applications, Travel Systems, MuleSoft integrations, and ERS platforms.

You will manage a team of Application Support Analysts and DevOps resources, partner with vendors and technology teams, and focus on service levels, release management, and automation to deliver reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Application Support, IT Operations or DevOps.
• Experience supporting customer-facing digital applications and enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Application Support Analysts and DevOps resources.
• Manage day-to-day support operations, incident management, problem management, and production stability.
• Own application availability, service levels, operational KPIs, and major incident response.
• Oversee release management, deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management.
• Drive automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships, support contracts, escalations, upgrades, and patches.
• Ensure production readiness, disaster recovery planning, and operational compliance with security standards.
• Partner with development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business teams to deliver stable and scalable solutions.
