Job summary

Intact FC is seeking a DevOps Developer to join the modernization and evolution squad within our Shared Services organization. You will help product squads advance their continuous improvement journey by introducing tools, automation, and best practices.

You will mentor technical leaders, review delivery processes, and contribute to the transformation roadmap while staying current with new technologies. This role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities to shape engineering practices at

Qualifications

• Bachelor of software engineering, computer science, or any other combination of equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of industry experience in a similar technical leadership role.
• No Canadian work experience required; must be eligible to work in Canada.
• For candidates in Quebec, bilingualism is required to interact with English-speaking colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist product squads in their continuous improvement journey.
• Implement tools and automations to facilitate evolution of product squads.
• Review software promotion and delivery practices, offering feedback and identifying opportunities.
• Contribute to the organization’s transformation roadmap.
• Provide training on new tools and practices for Intact and industry standards.
• Mentor and serve as a contact point to the squads’ technical leaders.
