Job summary

Wealthsimple Inc. is seeking a Growth Partnerships leader to own end-to-end partner acquisition initiatives across digital and real-world channels. You will source, negotiate, and activate partnerships that drive new clients and deposits, blending brand campaigns with performance-driven channels.

You'll work cross-functionally with Growth, Brand, PMM, and Business Banking to maximize impact, optimize funnels, and deliver measurable growth across Canada and the US.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, or growth roles in banking or customer-focused industries.
• Master negotiator with a track record of driving commercial and acquisition outcomes.
• Growth-oriented with ability to turn partnerships into measurable client acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Drive acquisition campaigns with partners, including funding and co-marketing.
• Own referral partnerships end to end for business banking.
• Lead commercial negotiations from outreach to signed terms.
• Own acquisition targets: net-new clients and deposits from referrals and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Growth, Brand, PMM, and Business Banking Product to activate partnerships and measure impact.
