The team: The Product Marketing team drives growth through customer and market insights, storytelling, and impactful experiences. They work with stakeholders across the company on pricing, positioning, product launches, market research, and more.

The role: Reporting to the Senior Director, Product Marketing, the Senior Product Marketing Manager will be the primary marketing partner for our Marketing Suite, a vital part of our platform that helps customers grow their businesses. You will lead go-to-market strategies, influence product adoption, and support expansion and monetization efforts. This role offers high visibility and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Strategy, and Growth teams.

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will:

  • Drive Go-to-Market Success
    • Own GTM strategy and execution for the Marketing Suite, including launches, campaigns, and pricing recommendations.
    • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Lifecycle Strategy teams to align plans and execute integrated campaigns.
    • Design marketing programs to drive adoption, usage, and expansion across customer segments.
  • Market and Customer Research
    • Lead research to uncover insights that inform positioning, product development, and differentiation.
    • Represent the voice of the customer across the organization, turning insights into compelling narratives.
  • Shape a Compelling Product Narrative
    • Develop and scale a clear value proposition and messaging framework.
    • Ensure consistent messaging across channels—web, in-app, email, and content.
  • Measure and Optimize
    • Define success metrics and track performance using dashboards and insights.
    • Share learnings and iterate based on results.

To be successful, you should have:

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS Marketing, with a focus on product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Success in leading GTM planning, launches, and marketing programs across teams.
  • Strategic and analytical skills to turn data into insights and actions.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Experience influencing senior leadership and aligning high-stakes initiatives.
  • Bias for action with a focus on customer impact.
  • Bonus: Experience marketing to SMB audiences.

Compensation details: The role offers a minimum annual salary of $121,000, a midpoint of $142,200, and a maximum of $163,600, reflecting experience and growth potential. It includes benefits like equity, health stipends, retirement matching, and professional development opportunities.

Where you can work: You can choose to work in Edmonton, Toronto, or remotely within Canada.
