Pay Range: $108,000 - $163,200 CAD. This role is eligible for a discretionary variable compensation award based on performance.

Department Overview

The Treasury & Balance Sheet Management (TBSM) Finance team supports financial strategy and provides finance support within TD Bank Group, advising on risks and opportunities.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Finance, the candidate will lead reporting, planning, and forecasting for TBSM, engaging with key Treasury contacts and enhancing performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee consolidation, reporting, and analysis of results, planning, and forecasting.
• Present insights to senior management to aid decision-making.
• Develop presentation materials summarizing business results.
• Identify business opportunities and financial challenges.
• Lead performance management and reporting of Treasury pillars.
• Build strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
• Maintain reporting infrastructure for transparency.
• Promote continuous improvement and automation.
• Manage a team of finance professionals.

Qualifications/Competencies

• Undergraduate degree in business; CPA preferred.
• 10+ years in banking or business environment.
• Experience in planning, forecasting, financial analysis; Treasury support preferred.
• People management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Experience in process improvement projects.
