Job summary

WPP Production in Ontario is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of high-volume production campaigns for a luxury heritage brand. You will own the regional execution, ensure on-time and on-budget outcomes, and report to the Production Engagement lead.

You are a proactive communicator with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience across video, digital, and print assets in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in progressive project management within an integrated creative environment.
• Strong understanding of production pipelines (video, digital, print) and marketing workflows.
• Experience budgeting, scope control, and drafting detailed SOWs.

Responsibilities

• Own the project lifecycle from initiation to delivery with budget tracking and scope management.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships to ensure on-brand outputs.
• Define efficient workflows and scale processes for multiple simultaneous campaigns.
• Coordinate global/local campaigns and ensure alignment with premium brand standards.
• Prepare and maintain clear production briefs for onshore/offshore teams.
