Overview

We’re seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Senior Project Manager with proven experience (8+ years) overseeing end‑to‑end delivery across print (OOH, large format), digital, motion, and social media. Able to confidently drive complex marketing initiatives for a leading global brand.

Responsibilities

• Guide integrated (print & digital) projects from brief to final delivery, collaborating with marketing partners, internal studios, agencies, and suppliers.
• Plan, budget, schedule, and control quality for each project to ensure every deliverable is on brand, accurate, efficient, and flawlessly executed.
• Manage the full lifecycle of integrated projects, including brief development, resource coordination, risk mitigation, and post‑delivery evaluation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience, with a focus on marketing and communication initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
• Experience overseeing end‑to‑end delivery across print (OOH, large format), digital, motion, and social media.
• Ability to drive complex marketing initiatives for a global brand.
• Preference given to candidates with knowledge of print production, vendor management, and best practices.
