Indotronix Avani Group is seeking a Senior Analyst – Gas Scheduling to join our Calgary team. This role focuses on gas scheduling on the Westcoast pipeline system, ensuring timely and accurate gas cycles with high business impact.

Shift work is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The Senior Analyst will manage nominations and scheduling cycles per NAESB deadlines using LINK gas management system, handle contract administration, provide proactive customer service, and support

Qualifications

• 2+ years scheduling or industry experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency with computer systems; team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage nominations and scheduling cycles per NAESB deadlines using LINK gas management system.
• Handle contract administration: renewals, amendments, approvals, and customer support.
• Provide proactive customer service, training, and issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation, recommend process improvements, and support system testing.
