Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in 3D character gameplay animation.
• Strong demo reel showcasing gameplay animations.
• Solid animation skills with a great understanding of human motion, body mechanics, and animation principles.
• Proficiency in MotionBuilder or Maya.
• Experience with motion capture data and keyframe animations.
• Having shipped a AAA game.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with a team of animators, designers, and gameplay programmers.
• Ensure animation work meets artistic goals and quality standards while meeting deadlines.
• Participate in animation reviews and maintain consistency across the team.
• Export, integrate and test animations in the game engine.
• Troubleshoot animation and gameplay issues to ensure smooth production.
• Provide guidance and feedback to junior animators to maintain quality.
