Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building web apps with declarative UI (React/Vue).
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web standards.
• Experience defining technical plans for major features with clean, extensible design.
• Track record of safely implementing significant changes in large codebases.
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive growth through feedback.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for global teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver quarterly goals for the team and lead engineers through ambiguity.
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics to align on technical constraints and trade-offs.
• Identify issues early and drive solutions across process, tech, and business areas.
• Maintain team artifacts, metrics, and on-call readiness to keep systems healthy.
